Try lifting larger men. Overhead lifts or even one armed overhead lifts. Lift 2 men one sitting on each shoulder. Flex a bicep with a man straddling your arm-i never actually saw this, but women have claimed doing this in sessions.

Hi Titania, What about lifting a man under his armpits, holding your arms in a 45 degree angle in front of your body??
